Hand-picked fashions from the '50s through the '90s. Cleaned, curated, and priced to make every visit a discovery. New finds added daily.
Opened in 1992 by Debbie and Jim Gallo, Shangri-La Vintage has been a beloved fixture in Chicago's Roscoe Village for over three decades. What started as a passion for collecting unique pieces became one of the Midwest's most treasured vintage destinations.
Every item is hand-selected, carefully cleaned, and ready to wear. We believe vintage fashion should be accessible — great quality at honest prices, with the story of each era woven into every garment, accessory, and curious find that lines our shelves.
From psychedelic '60s prints and '70s bellbottoms to '80s power blazers and '90s denim — if it's got character, you'll find it here.

Best vintage shop in Chicago! Great selection, fair pricing, nicely curated and great staff that was knowledgeable and friendly. If I ever visit Chicago again this would be my go-to stop.
Every vintage piece is hand-selected and carefully cleaned. Prices are very reasonable — dresses around $18–$35 in pristine condition. Everything is clearly marked with pricing, sizing, and era. An absolute gem.
Jim and Debbie, the shop owners, are really cool people and make the shopping experience all the better. Cozy and remarkably well-curated. An essential part of any Roscoe Village visit.
